Shipping Time

We ship products within 1 to 2 working days after your order is placed. We use Xend as our carrier and will notify you of the shipping number to help you track your order.

Refunds

There are no refunds for single purchase items. Any factory defect found in items may be replaced after 14 days of purchase.

For the subscription Lab in a Box. You can easily cancel your subscription 2 weeks before your box is scheduled to be shipped. There are no cancellation fees, though no refunds are provided for prorated periods.
